184- ورغم أن اللجنة تلاحظ وجود تشريعات محلية في الدولة الطرف تتصل بقضاء الأحداث، لا تزال اللجنة تشعر بالقلق إزاء الحالة العامة لإدارة قضاء الأحداث، لا سيما من حيث انسجام هذا النظام مع الاتفاقية ومع غيرها من معايير الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة.

Furthermore, the Committee regrets that the State party has not developed a full-fledged juvenile justice system in compliance with the Convention and other relevant United Nations standards.
71- وإضافة إلى ذلك، تعرب اللجنة عن أسفها لكون الدولة الطرف لم تنشئ نظاماً لقضاء الأحداث مكتمل البنية امتثالاً للاتفاقية وغيرها من معايير الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة.

While the Committee notes that the State party has in place domestic legislation relating to juvenile justice, it is still concerned at the general situation of the administration of juvenile justice and in particular its compatibility with the Convention, as well as other relevant United Nations standards.
491- وتلاحظ اللجنة وجود تشريع محلي بشأن قضاء الأحداث لدى الدولة الطرف، إلا أنها ما زالت تشعر بالقلق إزاء الحالة العامة لإدارة شؤون قضاء الأحداث، لا سيما عدم تماشيها مع الاتفاقية وغيرها من معايير الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة.

89. While the Committee notes that the State party has in place domestic legislation relating to juvenile justice, it is still concerned at the general situation of the administration of juvenile justice and in particular its compatibility with the Convention, as well as other relevant United Nations standards.
89- وإذ تلاحظ اللجنة وجود تشريع محلي لدى الدولة الطرف يتعلق بقضاء الأحداث، يستمر شعورها بالقلق إزاء الحالة العامة لإدارة نظام قضاء الأحداث، لا سيما عدم انسجامه مع الاتفاقية ومع غيرها من معايير الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة.

It recommended that Gabon take more steps to reform the legislation concerning juvenile justice in line with the Convention and other relevant United Nations standards.
وأوصت بأن تتخذ غابون خطوات أخرى لإصلاح التشريع المتعلق بقضاء الأحداث بما يتماشى مع الاتفاقية وغيرها من معايير الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة(60).
