5. With the approval of the General Assembly, the members of the Committee shall receive emoluments from United Nations resources on such terms and conditions as the Assembly may decide in the light of the importance of the functions of the Committee.
٥- يتلقى أعضاء اللجنة، بموافقة الجمعية العامة، مهايا من موارد اﻷمم المتحدة وفقاً لﻷحكام والشروط التي قد تقررها الجمعية العامة على ضوء أهمية مهام اللجنة.

15. The Conference of States Parties to the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment decided, on 9 September 1992, to amend article 18 of that Convention so as to enable members of the Committee against Torture to receive emoluments from the United Nations resources on such terms and conditions as the General Assembly would decide.
15 - وفي 9 أيلول/سبتمبر 1992، قرر مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة تعديل المادة 18 من الاتفاقية بحيث يتسنى لأعضاء لجنة مناهضة التعذيب تقاضي مكافآتهم من موارد الأمم المتحدة وفقا للأحكام والشروط التي تقررها الجمعية العامة.
