A report on the progress of the ongoing review and updating of the Toolkit, prepared at the third Tookit expert meeting, is set out in the annex to the present note.

2. Adopts the process for the ongoing review and updating of the Toolkit, within available resources, as set forth in the annex to the present decision and requests the Secretariat to implement the process and report on progress made to the Conference of the Parties at its fourth meeting;
2 - يعتمد عملية مواصلة استعراض وتحديث مجموعة الأدوات، في حدود الموارد المتاحة، على النحو الوارد في مرفق هذا المقرر، ويطلب إلى الأمانة تنفيذ العملية وتقديم تقرير عن التقدم المحرز فيها، إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الرابع؛

Entered into an agreement with UNEP Chemicals on cooperation related to the ongoing review and updating of the Toolkit, which is to be implemented in 2006 and 2007;
(ب) ودخلت في اتفاق مع فرع المواد الكيميائية ببرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة للتعاون فيما يتعلق بعملية مواصلة استعراض وتحديث مجموعة الأدوات، المقرر تنفيذه في عامي 2006 و2007؛

Decision SC-2/5 on ongoing review and updating of the Standardized Toolkit for Identification and Quantification of Dioxin and Furans, submitted by the Secretariat and adopted as orally amended by the Conference, is contained in annex I to the present report.

(c) To request the Secretariat to continue to implement the process for the ongoing review and updating of the Toolkit, in accordance with decision SC-3/6, and to report on progress made to the Conference of the Parties at its fifth meeting;

The process for ongoing review and updating of the Toolkit, as adopted by decision SC-3/6, including the annual face-to-face meetings and the intersessional work carried out by expert panels and task teams is adequate and should continue also in the future.
16 - تُعد عملية مواصلة استعراض وتحديث مجموعة الأدوات، كما اعتمدت بموجب المقرر " اتفاقية استكهولم - 3/6 " ، بما في ذلك الاجتماعات السنوية التي تُعقد وجهاً لوجه والعمل فيما بين الدورات الذي تقوم به أفرقة الخبراء وفرق المهام عملاً ملائماً وينبغي مواصلته أيضاً في المستقبل.

(b) To adopt, with any amendments, the process for the ongoing review and updating of the Toolkit as contained in the annex to the present note and to request the Secretariat to implement the process and report on progress made to the Conference of the Parties at its fourth meeting;

In its decision SC-3/6, the Conference of the Parties, among other things, took note of the Toolkit Expert Roster, adopted the process for the ongoing review and updating of the Toolkit, as set forth in the annex to that decision, and requested the Secretariat to implement the process and report on progress made to the Conference of the Parties at its fourth meeting.

At its third meeting the Conference of the Parties in its decision SC-3/6, among other things, took note of the Toolkit Expert Roster, adopted the process for the ongoing review and updating of the Toolkit as set forth in the annex to that decision, and requested the Secretariat to implement the process within available resources and report on progress made to the Conference of the Parties at its fourth meeting.
