Those sanctions threatened not only the rights of the citizens of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) but also those of the more than 600,000 refugees who had fled to the country regardless of their national or religious background.

The draft resolution is silent altogether about massive violations of the human rights of the citizens of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia as a direct result of the almost three-month air aggression of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), headed by the United States of America, on the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
٢ - التزم مشروع القرار الصمت التام إزاء الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق اﻹنسان المرتكبة ضد مواطني جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية كنتيجة مباشرة للعدوان الذي استغرق قرابة ثلاثة أشهر والذي شنته منظمة حلف شمال اﻷطلسي )ناتو(، برئاسة الولايات المتحدة اﻷمريكية، على جمهوريــة يوغوسلافيا الاتحاديــة.

68. Non-governmental organizations whose activists are women have worked intensively, particularly in the domain of humanitarian assistance for refugees, poor citizens of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and wounded persons from the Republika Srpska and the Republika Srpska Krajina.
٨٦ - قد عملت المنظمات غير الحكومية التي تضطلع فيها نساء باﻷنشطة الحركية بشكل مكثف ولا سيما في مجال تقديم المساعدة الانسانية الى اللاجئين والفقراء من مواطني جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية والى الجرحى من جمهورية صربسكا وجمهورية صربسكا كرايينا .

Foreign citizens or stateless persons may take up employment under the same conditions as FRY citizens, as envisaged by the Law on Employment, provided that they have the permission for permanent stay or for temporary stay in FRY and that their taking up employment is approved.
ويجوز لأي مواطن أجنبي أو شخص لا دولة له العمل بنفس شروط مواطني جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية الواردة في قانون الاستخدام، شريطة حصوله على تصريح إقامة دائم أو مؤقت في جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية والموافقة على قيامه بالعمل.
