11. Calls on the Government of Mozambique and RENAMO to build on the progress which has been achieved and to respect fully all the provisions of the General Peace Agreement, in particular those concerning the cease-fire and the movement of troops;
١١ - يدعو حكومة موزامبيق وحركة المقاومة الوطنية الموزامبيقية إلى تعزيز التقدم المحرز والاحترام الكامل لجميع أحكام اتفاق السلم العام، وخاصة اﻷحكام المتعلقة بوقف إطلاق النار وتحرك القوات؛

9. Calls on the Government of Mozambique and RENAMO to make operational without further delay the National Commission for Administration, the National Information Commission and the Police Affairs Commission;
٩ - يدعو حكومة موزامبيق وحركة المقاومة الوطنية الموزامبيقية الى العمل، دون مزيد من التأخير، على أن تبدأ اللجنة الوطنية ﻹدارة شؤون الدولة ولجنة اﻹعلام الوطنية ولجنة شؤون الشرطة أعمالها؛

8. Further calls upon the Government of Mozambique and RENAMO to comply fully and promptly with the decisions of the Monitoring and Supervision Commission;
٨ - يدعو كذلك حكومة موزامبيق وحركة المقاومة الوطنية الموزامبيقية إلى الامتثال الكامل الفوري لقرارات لجنة المراقبة واﻹشراف؛

However, notwithstanding the agreement of the Government of Mozambique and RENAMO that an enlarged presence of CIVPOL would enhance the peace process, CIVPOL initially faced a number of difficulties in carrying out its mandate, especially as regards access to information and visits to police stations and prisons.

١٩ - في مناسبات عديدة في الماضي، طلب المجلس من حكومة موزامبيق وحركة المقاومة الوطنية الموزامبيقية أن تحترما احتراما تاما جميع أحكام اتفاق السلم العام، وبصفة خاصة اﻷحكام المتعلقة بوقف إطلاق النار وتحرك القوات.

382. The signing in Rome of the General Peace Agreement between the Government of Mozambique and the Resistência Nacional Moçambicana (RENAMO) in October 1992 brought renewed hope to this war-torn country.
٣٨٢ - كان من شأن التوقيع في روما على اتفاق السلم العام بين حكومة موزامبيق وحركة المقاومة الوطنية الموزامبيقية في تشرين اﻷول/اكتوبر ١٩٩٢ أن تجدد اﻷمل لدى هذا البلد الذي مزقته الحرب.
