Article 6 complements the provisions of article 4 by requesting from States parties that they ensure to everyone within their jurisdiction effective protection and remedies against acts of racial discrimination as well as just and adequate reparation or satisfaction for any damage suffered as a result of such discrimination.
وتستكمل المادة 6 أحكام المادة 4 حيث تطلب من الدول الأطراف أن تكفل لكل إنسان يعيش ضمن ولايتها القضائية حماية فعالة من أفعال التمييز العنصري وسبل انتصاف فعالة فيما يتعلق بذلك، وتعويضاً عادلاً ومناسباً أو ترضية عادلة ومناسبة عن أي ضرر لحقه نتيجة لهذا التمييز.

It also recommended that Slovakia intensify efforts to ensure to everyone within its jurisdiction effective protection against any act of racial discrimination, as well as the right to seek just and adequate reparation or satisfaction for any damage suffered as a result of such discrimination.
كما أوصت سلوفاكيا بمضاعفة جهودها لكفالة حماية فعالة لكل من هم ضمن نطاق ولايتها القضائية من كل عمل من أعمال التمييز العنصري، وكذلك الحق في التماس تعويض مناسب أو ترضية عادلة عن أي ضرر يقع نتيجة لهذا التمييز.

4.21 On the basis of the above the State party states that the Government complied with its obligation under article 5 (a) and article 6 of the Convention to ensure that the victims of racial discrimination have effective legal protection and where necessary receive compensation for any damage suffered as a result of such discrimination.
4-21 واستناداً إلى ما ورد أعلاه، تؤكد الدولة الطرف أن الحكومة امتثلت لالتزاماتها بموجب المادة 5(أ) والمادة 6 من الاتفاقية بكفالة تمتع ضحايا التمييز العنصري بحماية قانونية فعالة وحصولهم على تعويض عن أي ضرر تكبدوه نتيجة لهذا التمييز.

9. To reinforce protection against racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, the European Conference calls upon participating States to ensure that all persons have access to effective and adequate remedies and enjoy the right to seek from competent tribunals just and adequate reparation or satisfaction for any damage suffered as a result of such discrimination.
9- وتعزيزاً للحماية من العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، يدعو المؤتمر الأوروبي الدول المشاركة إلى ضمان وصول جميع الأشخاص إلى سبل الانتصاف الفعالة والكافية والتمتع بالحق في اللجوء إلى المحاكم المختصة للحصول على ما هو عادل وكاف من جبر أو تعويض عن أي ضرر لحق بهم نتيجة لهذا التمييز.
