The Unit shall satisfy itself that the activities undertaken by the organizations are carried out in the most economical manner and that the optimum use is made of resources available for carrying out these activities.
تتأكد الوحدة من أن الأنشطة التي تضطلع بها المنظمات تجري على نحو يحقق أكبر قدر من الاقتصاد، ومن أن استخدام الموارد المتاحة للاضطلاع بهذه الأنشطة يتم على النحو الأمثل.

21. Article 5, paragraph 3, of the Unit's statute provides that " The Unit shall satisfy itself that the activities undertaken by the organizations are carried out in the most economical manner and that the optimum use is made of resources available for carrying out these activities " .
