Upon the occurrence of an incident involving a hazardous activity which results or is likely to result in transboundary damage:
عند وقوع حادث ينطوي على نشاط خطر ينجم عنه أو يرجح أن ينجم عنه ضرر عابر للحدود:

As soon as an incident involving a hazardous activity results or is likely to result in transboundary damage, with or without simultaneous damage within the territory of the State of origin, the State of origin is called upon to do several things.
وحال وقوع حادث ينطوي على نشاط خطر ينم عنه أو يُرَجَّح أن ينجم عنه ضرر عابر للحدود، سواءً حدث أم لم يحدث في الوقت ذاته ضرر داخل أراضي دولة المصدر، يُطلَب إلى دولة المصدر القيام بعدة أمور.

(26) Paragraph (e) defines " transboundary damage " . It refers to damage occurring in one State because of an accident or incident involving a hazardous activity with effect in another State.
(26) تعرّف الفقرة (ه) " الضرر العابر للحدود " فهي تشير إلى الضرر الذي يقع في دولة بسبب حادث أو حدث يقع في إطار نشاط خطر في دولة أخرى.
