(k) To uphold, in law and in practice, procedural guarantees to ensure due process of law;
(ك) مراعاة الضمانات الإجرائية، في نص القانون وعلى صعيد الممارسة، بما يكفل المحاكمة وفق الأصول القانونية؛

(a) To abolish, in law and in practice, public executions and other executions carried out in the absence of respect for internationally recognized safeguards, including by stoning and suspension strangulation;
(أ) القيام، في نص القانون وعلى صعيد الممارسة، بإلغاء عمليات الإعدام العلني وغيرها من أشكال الإعدام التي تجري دون احترام للضمانات المعترف بها دوليا، بما في ذلك الإعدام رجما وشنقا؛

(c) To eliminate, in law and in practice, all forms of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment;
(ج) القضاء، في نص القانون وعلى صعيد الممارسة، على جميع أشكال التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة؛

(a) To eliminate, in law and in practice, amputations, flogging, blinding and other forms of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment;
(أ) القضـــاء، في نص القانون وعلى صعيد الممارسة، على ممارسات بتر الأطراف والجلــــد وسمل العيــون وغيـــر ذلك مـــن أشكال التعذيـــب والمعاملـــة أو العقوبـــة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة؛

(b) To abolish, in law and in practice, public executions and other executions carried out in the absence of respect for internationally recognized safeguards, including by stoning and suspension strangulation;
(ب) القيام، في نص القانون وعلى صعيد الممارسة ، بإلغاء عمليات الإعدام العلني وغيرها من أشكال الإعدام التي تجري دون احترام للضمانات المعترف بها دوليا، بما في ذلك الإعدام رجما وشنقا؛

(e) To eliminate, in law and in practice, all forms of discrimination and other human rights violations against persons belonging to religious, ethnic, linguistic or other minorities, recognized or otherwise;
(هـ) القضاء، في نص القانون وعلى صعيد الممارسة، على جميع أشكال التمييز وغيرها من انتهاكات حقـــوق الإنســـان ضـــد الأشخاص الذيـــن ينتمـــون إلى أقليات دينية أو عرقية أو لغوية أو غيرها من الأقليات، المعترف بها أو غير المعترف بها؛

6. Calls upon the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran to address the substantive concerns highlighted in the reports of the Secretary-General and the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as the specific calls to action found in previous resolutions of the General Assembly, and to respect fully its human rights obligations, in law and in practice, in particular:
6 - تهيب بحكومة جمهورية إيران الإسلامية أن تعالج المسائل الموضوعية المثيرة للقلق المبينة في تقارير الأمين العام والمقرر الخاص المعني بحالة حقوق الإنسان في جمهورية إيران الإسلامية، وكذلك الدعوات المحددة للعمل الواردة في القرارات السابقة للجمعية العامة، وأن تحترم احتراما تاما التزاماتها المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان، في نص القانون وعلى صعيد الممارسة، وأن تقوم على وجه الخصوص بما يلي:

(d) To eliminate, in law and in practice, all forms of discrimination and other human rights violations against women and girls, to promote women's participation in decision-making positions and, while recognizing the high enrolment of women in all levels of education, to lift all restrictions on women's equal access to all aspects of university education;
(د) القضاء، في نص القانون وعلى صعيد الممارسة، على جميع أشكال التمييز وغيرها من انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان ضد المرأة والفتاة، من أجل تعزيز مشاركة المرأة في مناصب صنع القرار، ورفع جميع القيود المفروضة على استفادة المرأة من جميع جوانب التعليم الجامعي على قدم المساواة مع الرجل، مع الاعتراف في الوقت نفسه بارتفاع نسبة تسجيل النساء في جميع مستويات التعليم؛
