(b) Draw the attention of States parties to the urgent need to implement the standards established by the United Nations and the International Labour Organization by strengthening their anti-discriminatory legislation or by enacting laws condemning discrimination, xenophobia and intolerance in all their forms;
(ب) أن يسترعي نظر الدول الأطراف إلى الحاجة الملحة إلى تطبيق المعايير التي وضعتها منظمة الأمم المتحدة ومنظمة العمل الدولية، وذلك عن طريق تعزيز تشريعاتها المناهضة للتمييز أو سن قوانين تدين التمييز وكره الأجانب والتعصب بجميع أشكالها؛

The Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia wishes to draw the attention of the States parties to the Convention on the Rights of the Child that such legally unfounded and politically motivated action by certain States parties may set a dangerous precedent with respect to the status of the States parties to the Convention and create serious obstacles in its implementation.
وتود حكومة جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية توجيه نظر الدول اﻷطراف في اتفاقية حقوق الطفل الى أن الاجراء الذي اتخذته بعض الدول بدون أساس قانوني وبدافع سياسي يمكن أن يخلق سابقة خطرة فيما يتعلق بمركز الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية ويضع عقبات خطيرة أمام تنفيذها.
