Notes with appreciation the measures taken by the Secretariat to fill current vacancies in language services at the United Nations Office at Nairobi, and reiterates its request to the Secretary-General to consider further measures aimed at decreasing the vacancy rates in Nairobi and to report thereon to the General Assembly at its sixty-sixth session;
