18. Mr. Halbwachs (Controller), introducing the report of the Secretary-General on the financing of the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (A/55/477), explained that the report included the proposed budget for the maintenance of the Mission from 1 July 2000 to 30 June 2001.
