لا يحتفظ اتحاد جمهوريات البوسنة والهرسك، ولا أي من الجمهوريات المؤسسة، بأي قوة عسكرية، وأي قوات تكون موجودة في وقت بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق الدستوري تجرد من السلاح وتسرح على نحو تدريجي تحت إشراف اﻷمم المتحدة والجماعة اﻷوروبية.

However, treaties entered into after 18 November 1990 shall be considered by the Union Parliament within a period of three months from the entry into force of this Constitutional Agreement and shall remain in force only if the Union Parliament so decides.
غير أن المعاهدات التي تبرم بعد ١٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٠ ينظر فيها برلمان الاتحاد في خلال فترة ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق الدستوري وتظل سارية فقط إذا ما قرر برلمان الاتحاد ذلك.

غير أن المعاهدات التي تبرم بعد ١٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٠ ينظر فيها برلمان الاتحاد في خلال فترة ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق الدستوري وتظل سارية فقط إذا ما قرر برلمان الاتحاد ذلك.

(a) this Constitutional Agreement may be amended by decision of the Union Parliament, when such amendment has been approved by each of the Constituent Republics according to its constitutional processes.
)أ( يجوز تعديل هذا الاتفاق الدستوري بقرار من برلمان الاتحاد، بعد موافقة كل من الجمهورية المؤسﱢسة على ذلك التعديل وفقا لاجراءاتها الدستورية.

(a) this Constitutional Agreement may not be abolished and none of the Constituent Republics may withdraw from the Union of Republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina without the prior agreement of all of the Republics.
