229.2 For each State or regional economic integration organization that ratifies, accepts or approves the Protocol or accedes thereto after the fulfilment of the requirements of paragraph 1, the Protocol shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit by such State or regional economic integration organization of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.

2- يجوز لأي دولة طرف أيضاً، وقت التصديق على هذا البروتوكول أو الانضمام إليه، أو في أي وقت بعد ذلك، أن تُعلن أنها تعترف بحق أي منظمة غير حكومية وطنية لها صفة التمثيل وخاضعة لولايتها ولها كفاءة معينة في المسائل التي يتناولها العهد، في تقديم بلاغات جماعية ضدها.

2. For each State ratifying the present Protocol or acceding to it after its entry into force the present Protocol shall enter into force one month after the date of the deposit of its own instrument of ratification or accession.
2- بالنسبة لكل دولة تصدق على هذا البروتوكول أو تنضم إليه بعد دخوله حيز النفاذ يبدأ نفاذ هذا البروتوكول بعد شهر واحد من تاريخ إيداعها صك التصديق أو الانضمام.

2. For each State ratifying the present Protocol or acceding to it after its entry into force the present Protocol shall enter into force one month after the date of the deposit of its own instrument of ratification or accession.

Such agreement will become operative only if all Parties to it have notified the secretariat of the terms of the agreement which shall remain operative for the duration of this Protocol or until a decision to amend or rescind the agreement is notified to the secretariat by all Parties to the agreement.
٢- ولا يصبح مثل هذا الاتفاق نافذاً إلا اذا أشعرت جميع اﻷطراف فيه اﻷمانة بفحوى الاتفاق الذي يظل نافذاً طيلة فترة هذا البروتوكول أو إلى أن يبلغ جميع اطراف الاتفاق اﻷمانة بقرار تعديل أو إلغاء الاتفاق.

(ii) have each inscribed quantifiable mitigation commitments or actions in either Annex B of this Protocol or Annex A of the [Agreement].
قيّد كل منها التزامات كمية أو إجراءات تتعلق بالتخفيف سواء في المرفق باء من هذا البروتوكول أو في المرفق ألف من [الاتفاق].

228.2 For each State or regional economic integration organization which ratifies, accepts or approves the Protocol or accedes thereto after the deposit of the instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Protocol shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit by such State or regional economic integration organization of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
٨٢٢-٢ يبدأ نفاذ البروتوكول، بالنسبة لكل دولة أو منظمة اقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تصدق على هذا البروتوكول أو تقبله أو توافق عليه أو تنضم إليه بعد إيداع صك التصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام، في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ إيداع هذه الدولة أو هذه المنظمة الاقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي لصك تصديقها أو قبولها أو موافقتها أو انضمامها.

It was pointed out in this connection that a mechanism for adopting such a protocol or amendment was provided in the 1980 Convention in the form of a review conference.
وأشير في هذا الصدد إلى أن اتفاقية سنة ١٩٨٠ قد تضمنت آلية لاعتماد مثل هذا البروتوكول أو التعديل في شكل مؤتمر استعراضي.

After the fiftieth ratification or accession to the present Protocol, the number of the members of the Subcommittee on Prevention shall increase to twenty-five.
