Russia was prepared to participate actively in such cooperation in order to further human rights.

The repeated commission of these reprehensible acts makes it ever more clear that there is an urgent need for States to cooperate with each other at all levels and for the United Nations to foster such cooperation in order to prevent and eradicate them.
وتكرار ارتكاب هذه الأعمال المشينة يجعل من الواضح أكثر من ذي قبل أن ثمة حاجة ملحة ﻷن تتعاون الدول فيما بينها على كل المستويات، وأن تعمد اﻷمم المتحدة إلى تعزيز هذا التعاون بغية منع هذه اﻷعمال والقضاء عليها.
