this resolution stresses the need for a coherent and integrated approach to the prevention of armed violence, with a view to achieving sustainable peace and development.

Requests the Secretary-General to submit a report to the General Assembly at its sixty-second session on the implementation of the present resolution, including an emphasis on fistula, using information provided by Member States, the organizations and bodies of the United Nations system and non-governmental organizations, with a view to assessing the impact of the present resolution on the well-being of the girl child.
25 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثانية والستين تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار، يتناول بقدر من التركيز ضمن ما يتناوله مسألة الإصابة بالناسور، ويستخدم المعلومات المقدمة من الدول الأعضاء ومؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة وهيئاتها والمنظمات غير الحكومية، وذلك بغية تقييم أثر هذا القرار على رفاه الطفلة في جميع أنحاء العالم.

Owing to the significant provisions of that resolution, the Islamic Republic of Iran and other States in the region truly expect that the resolution should be swiftly implemented, especially by its sponsors, the Russian Federation, the United States of America and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, as depositories of NPT.
ونظرا لما ورد في هذا القرار من أحكام هامـة، تتوقّـع جمهورية إيران الإسلامية وغيـرها من دول المنطقة حقاً أن ينفذ هذا القرار على وجه السرعة، ولا سيما من جانب الدول المشتركـة في تقديمـه وهي الاتحاد الروسي، والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، والمملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمـى وأيرلندا الشمالية بوصفها الدول الوديعة لمعاهدة عدم الانتشار.
