They condemned those activities and in this regard reiterated that the exploitation and plundering of the marine and other natural resources of colonial and Non-Self-Governing Territories by foreign economic interests in violation of the United Nations Charter and the relevant resolutions of the United Nations is a threat to the integrity and prosperity of those Territories.
وفي هذا السياق، كرروا التأكيد على قيام المصالح الاقتصادية الأجنبية باستغلال ونهب الموارد البحرية وغيرها من الموارد الطبيعية للمستعمرات والأقاليم التي لا تتمتع بحكم ذاتي خارقةً بذلك ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، الأمر الذي يشكل تهديدا لسلامة هذه الأقاليم وازدهارها.
