Such reservations shall take effect simultaneously with the entry into force of this Convention in respect of the Party concerned.
ويبدأ سريان تلك التحفظات بالتزامن مع بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية فيما يخصُّ الطرف المعني.

Unless it decides otherwise, the Conference of the Parties shall take decisions pursuant to this paragraph at intervals of X years after the entry into force of this Convention with regard to a particular allowable use.

3. Each Contracting State shall apply this Convention to contracts of carriage concluded on or after the date of the entry into force of this Convention in respect of that State.
٣- تُطبِّق كل دولة متعاقدة هذه الاتفاقية على عقود النقل التي تُبرَمُ في تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية فيما يخص تلك الدولة أو بعده.

1. Each State Party, in order to provide mutual legal assistance pursuant to article 55 of this Convention with respect to property acquired through or involved in the commission of an offence established in accordance with this Convention, shall, in accordance with its domestic law:
1- على كل دولة طرف، من أجل تقديم المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة عملا بالمادة 55 من هذه الاتفاقية فيما يتعلق بممتلكات اكتسبت بارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية أو ارتبطت به أن تقوم، وفقا لقانونها الداخلي، بما يلي:

1. Each State Party, in order to provide mutual legal assistance pursuant to article [...] [International cooperation for purposes of confiscation] of this Convention with respect to property acquired through or involved in conduct criminalized in accordance with this Convention, shall, in accordance with principles of its domestic law:
1- على كل دولة طرف، من أجل تقديم المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة عملا بالمادة [...] [التعاون الدولي لأغراض المصادرة] من هذه الاتفاقية فيما يتعلق بالممتلكات المكتسبة عن طريق سلوك مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية أو المتصلة بذلك السلوك أن تقوم، وفقا لمبادئ قانونها الداخلي، بما يلي:

Unless an earlier date is indicated in the register by a Party at the time that it registers for an exemption, or an extension is granted pursuant to paragraph 7, all allowable-use exemptions shall expire [10] years after the date of entry into force of this Convention [with regard to a particular use] [for the Party].
