3. If a Riparian Party is requested by another Riparian Party to provide data or information that is not available, the former shall endeavour to comply with the request but may condition its compliance upon the payment, by the requesting Party, of reasonable charges for collecting and, where appropriate, processing such data or information.
3 - إذا طُولب طرف مشاطئ من طرف مشاطئ آخر بأن يقدم بيانات أو معلومات غير متوافرة، يسعى الطرف الأول إلى الامتثال للطلب لكن يجوز أن يعلق امتثاله على قيام الطرف الطالب بدفع رسوم معقولة لجمع هذه البيانات أو المعلومات وتجهيزها، عند الاقتضاء.

If a watercourse State is requested by another watercourse State to provide data or information that is not readily available, it shall employ its best efforts to comply with the request but may condition its compliance upon payment by the requesting State of the reasonable costs of collecting and, where appropriate, processing such data or information.
٢ - إذا طلبت دولة من دول المجرى المائي من دولة أخرى من دول المجرى المائي تقديم بيانات أو معلومات غير متوافرة عادة، تبذل الدولة الثانية قصارى جهدها للامتثال للطلب، ولكن يجوز لها أن تجعل امتثالها متوقفا على قيام الدولة الطالبة بسداد التكاليف المعقولة لجمع هذه البيانات أو المعلومات ولتجهيز هذه البيانات والمعلومات عندما يكون ذلك مناسبا.
