1 - تطلب الفقرة 1 من المادة 15 من اتفاقية استكهولم من كل طرف أن يقدم تقريراً إلى مؤتمر الأطراف عن التدابير التي اتخذها لتنفيذ أحكام هذه الاتفاقية وعن مدى فعالية هذه التدابير في تحقيق أهداف الاتفاقية.

Each Party to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants shall report to the Conference of the Parties on the measures it has taken to implement the provisions of the Convention and on the effectiveness of such measures in meeting the objectives of the Convention, pursuant to Article 15.
يقدم كل طرف في اتفاقية استكهولم بشأن الملوثات العضوية الثابتة تقارير إلى مؤتمر الأطراف عن التدابير التي اتخذها لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية وعن فعالية هذه التدابير في تحقيق أهداف الاتفاقية عملاً بالمادة 15.

(c) Scientific and technical information for inclusion in national reports on measures taken to implement the provisions of the Convention and the effectiveness of such measures in meeting the objectives of the Convention;

Establish a schedule and adopt a format for reports to be submitted by Parties on the measures taken to implement the Convention and on the effectiveness of such measures in meeting the objectives of the Convention;
(د) وضع جدول زمني واعتماد صيغة للتقارير التي ستقدمها الأطراف بشأن التدابير التي تتخذها لتنفيذ الاتفاقية وبشأن فعالية هذه التدابير في تحقيق أهداف الاتفاقية؛
