15- يطلب إلى المفوضية أن تعد دراسة مواضيعية عن أثر التدابير القسرية المتخذة من جانب واحد على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان، تتضمن توصيات بشأن الإجراءات الرامية إلى وقف تلك التدابير، مع إيلاء الاعتبار لجميع ما سبق صدوره من تقارير وقرارات ومعلومات ذات صلة متاحة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة في هذا الصدد، وأن تقدم هذه الدراسة إلى المجلس في دورته الثامنة عشرة؛
