4. Any dispute between the United Nations and the host country, as to whether a regulation of the United Nations is authorized by this Article, or as to whether a law or regulation of the host country is inconsistent with any regulation of the United Nations authorized by this Article, shall be promptly settled by the procedure set out in Article 26.
٤- يسوى بصورة عاجلة، بمقتضى اﻹجراء المبين في المادة ٦٢، أي نزاع بين اﻷمم المتحدة والبلد المضيف بشأن ما إذا كانت لائحة من لوائح اﻷمم المتحدة مأذونا بها بموجب هذه المادة أو بشأن ما إذا كان قانون أو لائحة في البلد المضيف متعارضا مع أي لائحة من لوائح اﻷمم المتحدة المأذون بها بموجب هذه المادة.
