(ج) حينما تكون الممارسة العادية قد جرت على تأمين واستخدام مواد أو معدات معينة فيما يتعلق بأحد العقود، وإنقاذ وبيع الأجزاء غير المستعملة من هذه المواد أو المعدات في مرحلة لاحقة، يجوز للمراقب المالي أن يأذن بتقييد هذه العائدات في حساب المكتب الذي سدد منه ثمن شرائها، شريطة ألا يكون هذا الحساب قد أغلق.

4. Urging States to require as a condition of nuclear exports that the recipient State agree that, in the event that it should terminate its IAEA safeguards agreement, safeguards shall continue with respect to any nuclear material and equipment provided prior to such termination, as well as any special nuclear material produced through the use of such material or equipment (para. 20).
