12. Requests the SecretaryGeneral and the Office of the High Commissioner to bring the present resolution to the attention of Member States, the competent United Nations organs and relevant intergovernmental and interested nongovernmental organizations, and to disseminate it on the widest possible basis;
12- ترجو من الأمين العام والمفوضية السامية أن يوجها نظر الدول الأعضاء وأجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المهتمة إلى هذا القرار، وأن ينشراه على أوسع نطاق ممكن؛

9. Requests the Secretary-General to bring the present resolution to the attention of all Governments, the competent United Nations organs, specialized agencies, international and regional intergovernmental organizations and international humanitarian organizations, to disseminate it as widely as possible and to report on this matter to the Human Rights Council at its twenty-second session;
9- يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يوجه نظر جميع الحكومات وأجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والإقليمية والمنظمات الإنسانية الدولية إلى هذا القرار، وأن ينشره على أوسع نطاق ممكن، وأن يقدم تقريراً عن ذلك إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته الثانية والعشرين؛

3. Urges Member States, the Secretariat and relevant organs of the United Nations to take all necessary steps to implement the proposals, recommendations and conclusions of the Special Committee;
3 - تحث الدول الأعضاء والأمانة العامة وأجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة على اتخاذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لتنفيذ مقترحات اللجنة الخاصة وتوصياتها واستنتاجاتها؛

In paragraph 6 of resolution 2001/6, the Commission requested the Secretary-General to bring that resolution to the attention of all Governments, the competent United Nations organs, the specialized agencies, regional intergovernmental organizations and international humanitarian organizations and to give it the widest possible publicity, and to report to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftyeighth session.
وطلبت اللجنة إلى الأمين العام، في الفقرة 6 من القرار 2001/6 أن يوجه نظر جميع الحكومات وأجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية الإقليمية والمنظمات الإنسانية الدولية إلى هذا القرار، وأن ينشره على أوسع نطاق ممكن، وأن يقدم تقريراً عن ذلك إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان في دورتها الثامنة والخمسين.

3. Urges Member States, the Secretariat and relevant organs of the United Nations to take all necessary steps to implement the proposals, recommendations and conclusions of the Special Committee;

Call on the international community and relevant UN agencies for the provision of enhanced assistance to the Afghan refugees and internally displaced persons to facilitate their voluntary, safe and dignified return and sustainable reintegration into the society of origin so as to contribute to the stability of Afghanistan;
302-8 دعوة المجتمع الدولي وأجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة إلى توفير مساعدة معززة للاجئين الأفغان والنازحين داخلياً بهدف تيسير عودتهم الطوعية والآمنة والكريمة وإعادة إدماجهم بشكل مستدام في مجتمعهم الأصلي من أجل المساهمة في استقرار أفغانستان.
