1. The Government of the Republic of Rwanda has noted with grave concern a number of issues raised in the report of the Panel of Experts on the Illegal Exploitation of Natural Resources and Other Forms of Wealth of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
1 - لاحظت حكومة جمهورية رواندا بقلق بالغ عددا من المسائل المثارة في تقرير فريق الخبراء المعني بالاستغلال غير القانوني للموارد الطبيعية وأشكال الثروة الأخرى لجمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية.

In its final report, of 16 October 2002 (S/2002/1146), the Panel of Experts on the Illegal Exploitation of Natural Resources and Other Forms of Wealth of the Democratic Republic of the Congo noted that children are being conscripted and used as forced labour in the extraction of natural resources by a number of military forces.
وفي التقرير الختامي المقدم من فريق الخبراء المعني بالاستغلال غير القانوني للموارد الطبيعية وأشكال الثروة الأخرى لجمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، لاحظ الفريق أن بعض الجهات العسكرية تقوم بتجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في استغلال الموارد الطبيعية على أساس السخرة.
