To establish a Preparatory Committee for the Durban Review Conference which shall be open to the participation of all Member States of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies and also with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the General Assembly; and

33. Resolution 52/100 establishes that the Commission on the Status of Women, for purposes of the review, will be open to the participation of all States members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies and of observers, in accordance with established practice.
٣٣ - وينص قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٢/١٠٠، على أن تكون لجنة مركز المرأة مفتوحة ﻷغراض الاستعراض، لكي تشترك فيها جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة والمراقبون وفقا للممارسة المستقرة.

4. In accordance with Economic and Social Council decision 1993/207, the Commission is composed of 53 members elected from among the States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies.
٤ - وفقا لمقرر المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ١٩٩٣/٢٠٧، تتألف اللجنة من ٥٣ عضوا يتم انتخابهم من بين الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة.

٦ - وفقا لمقرر المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ١٩٩٣/٢٠٧، تتكون اللجنة من ٥٣ عضوا ينتخبون من بين الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة.

103. In accordance with Council decision 1993/207, the Commission on Sustainable Development consists of one representative from each of 53 members elected by the Council from among the States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies on the basis of an equitable geographical distribution, according to the following pattern:
١٠٣ - وفقا لمقرر المجلس ١٩٩٣/٢٠٧، تتكون لجنة التنمية المستدامة من ممثل واحد من كل من ٥٣ دولة عضو يختارها المجلس من بين الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة على أساس توزيع جغرافي منصف، وفقا للنمط التالي:

(b) That the members of the Commission should be elected by the Council from among the States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies before the opening of the twenty-ninth session of the Commission.
)ب( وأن ينتخب المجلس أعضاء اللجنة من بين أعضاء اﻷمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة قبل افتتاح الدورة التاسعة والعشرين للجنة.

" 3. Decides also to establish a General Assembly Preparatory Committee for the World Conference on Administration and Development, open to all States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies, and to authorize observers to participate in its work, in accordance with established practice;
" ٣ - تقرر أيضا أن تنشئ لجنة تحضيرية تابعة للجمعية العامة معنية بالمؤتمر العالمي المعني بالادارة والتنمية يفتح باب العضوية فيها لجميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة وأن تأذن للمراقبين بالمشاركة في أعمالها، وفقا للممارسة المعمول بها؛

" 3. Decides to establish a preparatory committee for the United Nations Conference on International Migration and Development open to all States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies with the participation of observers, in accordance with the established practice of the Assembly;
" ٣ - تقرر إنشاء لجنة تحضيرية لمؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة المعني بالهجرة الدولية والتنمية يكون الاشتراك فيها مفتوحا لجميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة ويشارك فيها مراقبون، وفقا للممارسة المعمول بها في الجمعية العامة؛

140. 1. Decides that the Human Rights Council will act as the Preparatory Committee for the Durban Review Conference which shall be open to the participation of all Member States of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies and also to the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the General Assembly;
1- يقرر أن يعمل مجلس حقوق الإنسان بمثابة اللجنة التحضيرية لمؤتمر ديربان الاستعراضي والتي يكون باب المشاركة فيها مفتوحاً أمام جميع الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة وأيضاً أمام مراقبين وفقاً للممارسة المرعية التي تسير عليها الجمعية العامة؛

8. Further decides that the conference and its Preparatory Committee shall be open to all States Members of the United Nations and members of specialized agencies and of the International Atomic Energy Agency;
8 - تقرر كذلك أن يكون المؤتمر ولجنته التحضيرية مفتوحي باب العضوية لجميع الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة والوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية؛

The election of the Chair of the Working Group was deferred pending further consultations among delegations. [The Working Group is open to all Members States of the United Nations and members of specialized agencies or of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).]
