Mr. Ndiaye (Senegal) said that he fully endorsed those statements especially since the right to development was one of the rights which the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights had a duty to promote by encouraging the development of technical cooperation and providing assistance to developing countries in the field of human rights.
