وإذ تضع في اعتبارها كذلك أن بعض الأقاليم لم تزرها منذ فترة طويلة أي بعثة موفدة من الأمم المتحدة، وأن بعض الأقاليم لم توفد إليها أي بعثة زائرة من هذا القبيل،

وإذ تضع في اعتبارها أيضا أن بعض الأقاليم لم تزرها منذ فترة طويلة أي بعثة موفدة من الأمم المتحدة، وأن بعض الأقاليم لم توفد إليها أي بعثة زائرة من هذا القبيل،

Although the situation in each Territory was different and some Territories were at a more advanced stage of development than others, the United Kingdom would continue to work with all the Territories, as appropriate, in areas such as good governance, political and economic development and transparency, enhanced security and reduced vulnerability to natural and non-natural disasters.
ومع أن الحالة تختلف في كل إقليم وأن بعض الأقاليم بلغت مرحلة من التنمية أكثر تقدما من غيرها، فإن المملكة المتحدة ستواصل العمل مع جميع الأقاليم، حسب الاقتضاء، في ميادين مثل الإدارة السليمة والتنمية السياسية والاقتصادية والشفافية وتعزيز الأمن والحد من إمكانية التعرض للكوارث الطبيعية وغير الطبيعية.

وإذ تضع في اعتبارها أن البعثات الزائرة التابعة للأمم المتحدة توفر وسيلة فعالة للتحقق من الحالة في الأقاليم، وأن بعض الأقاليم لم يستقبل إحدى بعثات الأمم المتحدة الزائرة منذ فترة طويلة وأن البعض الآخر لم توفد إليه أي بعثة زائرة من هذا القبيل، وإذ تنظر في إمكانية إيفاد بعثات زائرة أخرى إلى الأقاليم في وقت ملائم وبالتشاور مع الدول القائمة بالإدارة،
