Remedy: Effective remedy; the Committee urged the State party to open a proper investigation into the disappearance of the victim and her fate, to provide for appropriate compensation to the victim and her family, and to bring to justice those responsible for her disappearance, notwithstanding any domestic amnesty legislation to the contrary.
إجراء الانتصاف: توفير سبيل انتصاف فعال؛ وحثت اللجنة الدولة الطرف على فتح تحقيق على النحو الواجب في ملابسات اختفاء الضحية ومصيرها، وأن تدفع تعويضاً مناسباً للضحية ولأسرتها، وأن تحيل إلى العدالة المسؤولين عن اختفائها، بغض النظر عن وجود أي تشريع محلي للعفو ينص على خلاف ذلك.

It is implicit in article 4, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol that the State party has the duty to investigate in good faith all allegations of violations of the Covenant made against it and its representatives and to provide the Committee with the information available to it.

2.
