7. Requests the Secretary-General to transmit the text of the present resolution to all Member States for consideration and implementation and to report to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-ninth session on progress made in the implementation of the present resolution.

The Meeting noted that, in its resolution 62/217, the General Assembly had invited the Inter-Agency Meeting to continue to contribute to the work of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and to report to the Committee and its Scientific and Technical Subcommittee on the work conducted at its annual sessions.
22- ولاحظ الاجتماع أن الجمعية العامة دعت، في قرارها 62/217، الاجتماع المشترك بين الوكالات إلى أن يواصل إسهامه في أعمال لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية وأن يقدّم إلى اللجنة ولجنتها الفرعية العلمية والتقنية تقريرا عن الأعمال التي يضطلع بها في دوراته السنوية.

10. Requests the working group to explore the possibility of creating, if possible by the end of 2011, an internal system to monitor the implementation of recommendations made by relevant oversight bodies, including the Office of Internal Oversight Services, the Joint Inspection Unit, the Board of Auditors and the Independent Evaluation Unit, and to report to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its reconvened fifty-fourth session;

4. Requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to conduct a global survey on cannabis seeds, starting with a market survey, and to report to the Commission, at its fifty-third session, on the results of that survey, and invites Member States and other donors to provide extrabudgetary contributions for those purposes in accordance with the rules and procedures of the United Nations;
4- تطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة أن يجري دراسة استقصائية عالمية عن بذور القنّب، بدءا بدراسة استقصائية للأسواق، وأن يقدّم إلى لجنة المخدرات، في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين، تقريرا عن نتائج تلك الدراسة الاستقصائية، وتدعو الدول الأعضاء وسائر الجهات المانحة إلى تقديم مساهمات خارج إطار الميزانية لتلك الأغراض وفقا لقواعد الأمم المتحدة وإجراءاتها؛

2. The report Secretary-General was submitted pursuant to section XIV of General Assembly resolution 62/238, in which the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to continue taking measures, alternative to the establishment of a contingent liability reserve, to eliminate risks posed to UNPA by mass mailing and to report to the General Assembly at its sixty-third session on the progress achieved.
2 - وقد قُدم تقرير الأمين العام عملا بالجزء الرابع عشر من قرار الجمعية العامة 62/238 الذي طلبت فيه الجمعية إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل اتخاذ تدابير، بديلة من إنشاء احتياطي لتغطية الالتزامات المحتملة، بغية إزالة الأخطار التي تتعرض لها إدارة بريد الأمم المتحدة من جرّاء إرسال البريد بالجملة، وأن يقدّم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والستين تقريرا عن التقدم المُحرز في هذا الصدد.

(c) Request the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to conduct a global survey on cannabis seeds, starting with a market survey, and to report to the Commission, at its fifty-third session, on the results of that survey, and invite Member States and other donors to provide extrabudgetary contributions for those purposes in accordance with the rules and procedures of the United Nations.
(ج) تطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة أن يجري دراسة استقصائية عالمية عن بذور القنّب، بدءا بدراسة استقصائية للأسواق، وأن يقدّم إلى لجنة المخدرات، في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين، تقريرا عن نتائج تلك الدراسة الاستقصائية، وتدعو الدول الأعضاء وسائر الجهات المانحة إلى تقديم مساهمات خارج إطار الميزانية لتلك الأغراض وفقا لقواعد الأمم المتحدة وإجراءاتها؛

(k) Requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to provide technical assistance to help Member States to apply, where appropriate, the provisions of the Convention to new forms and dimensions of transnational organized crime within the scope of the Convention that are of common concern to States parties, and to report to the Conference at its sixth session on progress made on this matter;
(ك) يطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة أن يقدّم مساعدة تقنية تهدف إلى مساعدة الدول الأعضاء، عند الاقتضاء، على تطبيق أحكام الاتفاقية على أشكال الجريمة المنظّمة عبر الوطنية وأبعادها الجديدة التي تندرج ضمن نطاق الاتفاقية وتمثّل شاغلاً مشتركاً للدول الأطراف، وأن يقدّم إلى المؤتمر في دورته السادسة تقريراً عن التقدّم المحرز في هذا الشأن؛
