Stresses the importance of the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo actively seeking to hold accountable those responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity in the country and of regional cooperation to this end, including through its ongoing cooperation with the International Criminal Court, and encourages the Mission to use its existing authority to assist the Government in this regard;
15 - يؤكد أهمية أن تسعى حكومة جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية بهمة إلى محاسبة المسؤولين عن جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية المرتكبة في البلد وأهمية التعاون الإقليمي في تحقيق هذه الغاية، بسبل منها تعاونها الجاري مع المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، ويشجع البعثة على استخدام سلطتها القائمة لمساعدة الحكومة في هذا الصدد؛
