١ - نهج متكامل لتخطيط وإدارة موارد اﻷراضي )الفصل ١٠(.

All stakeholders, especially women, farmers, indigenous peoples, landless labourers and other major groups, should participate in the planning and management of land resources, in identifying problems and in proposing solutions and should also participate in the consensus-building process.
إذ ينبغي أن تشترك في تخطيط وإدارة موارد اﻷراضي كافة الجهات صاحبة المصلحة في ذلك، لا سيما النساء والمزارعين والسكان اﻷصليين والعمال الذين لا يملكون اﻷرض والفئات الرئيسية اﻷخرى، وذلك فيما يتعلق بتحديد المشاكل واقتراح الحلول، كما ينبغي أن تشترك هذه الفئات في عملية إيجاد توافق في اﻵراء.
