61. while noting the Act on the Integration of Immigrants and Reception of Asylum-seekers of 1999 which introduces some reforms in the way unaccompanied children seeking asylum are received, the Committee is concerned at the fact that the process of family reunification is still very long and that this could have a negative impact on the children involved.
61- وإذ تحيط اللجنة علماً بقانون إدماج المهاجرين واستقبال ملتمسي اللجوء لعام 1999، الذي أدخل بعض الإصلاحات في طريقة استقبال الأطفال غير المصحوبين الذين يلتمسون اللجوء، فإنه يساورها القلق لكون عملية جمع شمل الأسرة لا تزال طويلة جداً وأن ذلك قد يؤثر تأثيراً سلبياً على الأطفال المعنيين.

26. While taking note of the concern expressed by the State party in relation to the need for better policy coordination for children and young people, the Committee requests the State party to include, in its next periodic report, information on measures taken to improve the functioning of services for children and young people.
26- وإذ تحيط اللجنة علماً بالقلق الذي أعربت عنه الدولة الطرف إزاء ضرورة تحسين التنسيق بين السياسات الخاصة بالأطفال والشباب، فإنها ترجو من الدولة الطرف أن تُضمِّن تقريرها الدوري التالي معلومات بشأن التدابير المتخذة لتحسين أداء الخدمات المقدمة للأطفال والشباب.

224. While taking note of the measures undertaken by the State party to promote access to employment and improve the working environment for persons with disabilities, the Committee is concerned about the lack of disaggregated statistical data on people with disabilities in employment in its third periodic report as well as in the dialogue with the State party's delegation.

10. While taking note of the work of the National Advisory Commission for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights, the Committee notes, with concern, the lack of information on the outcome of the Commission's work, due, inter alia, to the non-publication of its annual reports.

24. While taking note of the pardon granted to some journalists in July 2006, the Committee nevertheless notes with concern that many journalists have been and continue to be subjected to pressure and intimidation, or even measures of deprivation of liberty, by the authorities of the State party.
24- وإذ تحيط اللجنة علماً بالعفو الذي استفاد منه بعض الصحفيين في تموز/يوليه 2006، تلاحظ بقلق مع ذلك أن العديد من الصحفيين كانوا ولا يزالون يتعرضون للضغوط والتخويف، بل ولإجراءات الحرمان من الحرية من قبل سلطات الدولة الطرف.

While taking note of recent efforts undertaken by the State party to reform the judiciary and increase its efficiency, the Committee remains concerned at interference with the independence of the judiciary and the problem of judicial corruption. (art. 14)
