وإذ نستذكر المادة 13 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد، التي تقضي بأن تشجّع الدول الأطراف مشاركة المجتمع النشطة في منع الفساد ومكافحته، بوسائل منها ضمان تيسّر حصول الناس فعليا على المعلومات واحترام وتعزيز وحماية حرية التماس المعلومات المتعلقة بالفساد وتلقيها ونشرها وتعميمها؛

recalling the general obligation under Article 2 of the Vienna Convention that Parties take appropriate measures in accordance with the provisions of that Convention and of its protocol to which they are party to protect human health and the environment against adverse effects resulting or likely to result from human activities which modify or are likely to modify the ozone layer,
وإذ نستذكر الالتزام العام، بمقتضى المادة 2 من اتفاقية فيينا بأن تتخذ الأطراف تدابير ملائمة وفقاً لأحكام تلك الاتفاقية والبروتوكول التابع لها التي هي أطراف فيه لحماية صحة البشر والبيئة من الآثار المعاكسة التي تنشأ أو قد تنشأ عن الأنشطة البشرية التي تعدل أو قد تعدل طبقة الأوزون،

Also recalling decision XIX/6, in which the Meeting of the Parties decided to encourage parties to promote the selection of alternatives to ozone depleting substances that minimize environmental impacts,

recalling the convening and the outcome of the first Conference of States Parties and Signatories of Treaties that Establish Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones, held in Tlatelolco, Mexico, from 26 to 28 April 2005, we call on the States parties and signatories to nuclear-weapon-free zone treaties to implement further ways and means of cooperation among themselves, their treaty agencies and other interested States.
وإذ نستذكر المؤتمر الأول للدول الأطراف في معاهدات إنشاء مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية والدول الموقعة عليها في تلاتيلولكو، المكسيك، في الفترة من 26 إلى 28 نيسان/أبريل 2005، ندعو تلك الدول إلى أن توجد مزيدا من سبل ووسائل التعاون بعضها مع بعض ومع وكالاتها المعنية بالمعاهدات والدول المعنية الأخرى.

وإذ نستذكر كذلك قرارَ المؤتمر العام لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية م ع-14/ق-2 المتعلق بإقامة الشبـكات المعرفيـة وتبــادل المعارف، ومقرَّرَ مجلس التنمية الصناعية التابع لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية م ت ص-40/م-2 المتعلق بإقامة الشبكات المعرفية وتبادل المعارف،

recalling the Istanbul Declaration and Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the decade 2011-2020 adopted at the Fourth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries and endorsed by the General Assembly resolution 65/280 of 17 June 2011 which calls upon all the relevant stakeholders to commit to implementing the Programme of Action,
وإذ نستذكر إعلان وبرنامج عمل اسطنبول لصالح أقل البلدان نمواً للعقد 2011-2020 اللذين اعتُمِدا خلال مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الرابع المعني بأقل البلدان نمواً، وأقرتهما الجمعية العامة في قرارها 65/280 المؤرَّخ 17 حزيران/ يونيه 2011، وأهابت فيه بجميع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين أن يلتزموا بتنفيذ برنامج العمل،
