The registration by the Executive Board shall be deemed final four weeks after the date of receipt by the Executive Board of the request for registration, unless a Party involved in the proposed small-scale afforestation or reforestation project activity under the CDM, or at least three members of the Executive Board, request a review of the proposed small-scale afforestation or reforestation project activity under the CDM.
16- يُعتبر تسجيل المجلس التنفيذي نهائيا بعد مرور أربعة أسابيع على تاريخ استلام المجلس التنفيذي طلب التسجيل، ما لم يطلب أحد الأطراف المشاركين في نشاط المشروع الصغير المقترح للتحريج وإعادة التحريج في إطار الآلية أو ثلاثة أعضاء على الأقل من المجلس التنفيذي إجراء استعراض لنشاط المشروع الصغير المقترح للتحريج وإعادة التحريج في إطار الآلية.

(أ) أن يكون قد استلم من المشاركين في المشروع، قبل تقديم تقرير المصادقة إلى المجلس التنفيذي، موافقة خطية على المشاركة الطوعية من السلطة الوطنية المسماة لكل طرف مشارك، بما في ذلك إقرار من الطرف المضيف بأن نشاط المشروع الصغير المقترح للتحريج وإعادة التحريج في إطار الآلية يساعده على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؛
