Under this approach, the staff member and his or her family members would be installed at a location nearby having adequate housing, educational and medical facilities, referred to as the administrative place of assignment, and for which the staff member would receive payment of post adjustment, mobility and hardship allowance, assignment grant and rental subsidy.
