Requests the Secretary-General to submit the results of the meeting of the open-ended intergovernmental expert group to the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its fourteenth session for their consideration.
يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم نتائج اجتماع فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية وإلى لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها الرابعة عشرة للنظر فيها.

The proposed consolidated budget of UNODC for the biennium 2008-2009 will be submitted to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs and to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at their resumed sessions to be held at the end of 2007 (see para. 16.17 below).

At the same meeting, the working group achieved consensus on the text of the draft strategy for the period 2012-2015 for UNODC, which was submitted to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its reconvened fifty-fourth session and to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its reconvened twentieth session.

The working group was to continue its work by focusing on the issues of governance, management and the financial situation of UNODC with a view to submitting its report and any recommendations to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its fifty-third session, in March 2010, and to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its nineteenth session, in May 2010.

3. In May 2001, a revised, updated version of the sixth quinquennial report, finalized in April 2001, was submitted to the Economic and Social Council and to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its tenth session (E/CN.15/2001/10).

The working group presented its reports to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, at its reconvened fifty-second session and at its fifty-third session, and to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, at its reconvened eighteenth session and at its nineteenth session (E/CN.7/2009/15-E/CN.15/2009/25 and E/CN.7/2010/16-E/CN.15/2010/16).

3. Supports the activities presented in the road map for improving crime statistics, and requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to continue activities to improve statistical information on crime as per the road map and to report regularly on those activities to the Statistical Commission and to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice;

The working group made recommendations to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs and the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice in the areas indicated below.

The guidelines were developed by an expert group that met in Cape Town, South Africa, on 24 and 25 February 2004, and were submitted to the Eleventh Congress and the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its fourteenth session for further discussion.
