15. The Special Rapporteur submitted his last report to the General Assembly (A/62/318) on 26 October 2007 and to the Human Rights Council (A/HRC/7/20) on 13 March 2008.

In paragraph 20, it requested " the Special Rapporteur to prepare, for submission to the General Assembly at its sixty-fifth session and to the Human Rights Council, reports on the implementation of the present resolution based on the views collected in accordance with the request of the Commission on Human Rights " , as recalled by the Assembly in paragraph 19 of the resolution.

57. In the draft resolution, the Special Rapporteur was requested to report to the General Assembly and the Human Rights Council on the implementation of the resolution.
57 - وأضاف أنه طُلـب من المقرر الخاص في مشروع القرار أن يقدم تقارير عديدة إلى الجمعية العامة وإلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان عن تطبيق القرار.

In accordance with Assembly resolution 64/146, the Special Representative reports annually to the General Assembly and the Human Rights Council.
