13. Ms. Abdelhady-Nasser (Observer for Palestine) expressed appreciation for the efforts of the Department's Palestine, Decolonization and Human Rights Section to increase awareness of the situation in Palestine in all its facets and for its training programme for Palestinian journalists.
13 - السيدة عبد الهادي - نصار (المراقبة عن فلسطين): أعربت عن تقديرها للجهود التي بُذلت من جانب قسم فلسطين وإنهاء الاستعمار وحقوق الإنسان التابع للإدارة لزيادة الوعي بالوضع في فلسطين من جميع جوانبه وللبرنامج التدريبي الذي قدَّمته إلى الصحفيين الفلسطينيين.

60. He further commended the Department, especially its Palestine, Decolonization and Human Rights Section, for organizing the annual international media seminars on peace in the Middle East (of which the latest had been held in Istanbul, Turkey), for updating the permanent exhibit on the question of Palestine at United Nations Headquarters, and for its activities in commemorating the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.
