10- وإن لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، إذ تعمل بموجب الفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، ترى أن ترحيل صاحبة الشكوى إلى جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية لن يشكل انتهاكاً من جانب الدولة الطرف للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

9- وإن لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، إذ تتصرف بموجب الفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، فإنها تخلص إلى أن طرد صاحب الشكوى مع طفليه إلى جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية لا يشكل انتهاكاً للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

14. the Committee against Torture, acting under article 22, paragraph 7, of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, concludes that the State party's decision to return the complainant to Turkey does not constitute a breach of article 3 of the Convention.
14- وإن لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، عملاً بأحكام الفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، تخلص إلى أن قرار الدولة الطرف بإعادة صاحب الشكوى إلى تركيا لا يشكل خرقاً لأحكام المادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

8. the Committee against Torture, acting under article 22, paragraph 7, of the Convention against Torture and Other Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, concludes that the deportation of the complainant to China did not constitute a violation of article 3 of the Convention.
7-8 وإن لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، إذ تتصرف بموجب الفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، تخلص إلى أن ترحيل صاحب الشكوى إلى الصين لم يشكل خرقاً للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

10. the Committee against Torture, acting under article 22, paragraph 7, of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, considers that the State party's decision to return the complainant to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, if implemented, would constitute a breach of article 3 of the Convention.
10- وإن لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، إذ تعمل بموجب الفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، ترى أن قرار الدولة الطرف بترحيل صاحب الشكوى إلى جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية سيشكل، في حالة تنفيذه، انتهاكاً للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

9- وإن لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، إذ تعمل بموجب الفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، تخلص إلى أن ترحيل صاحب الشكوى إلى هايتي لا يشكل انتهاكاً للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

10. the Committee against Torture, acting under article 22, paragraph 7, of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, consequently concludes that the removal of the complainant and his family to the Islamic Republic of Iran would constitute a violation of article 3 of the Convention.
10- وإن لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، إذ تعمل بموجب الفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، أن طرد صاحب الشكوى وأسرته إلى جمهورية إيران الإسلامية يشكل انتهاكاً للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية.
