By its decision VII/25, the Conference of the Parties at its seventh meeting agreed to the terms of reference and the working arrangements of the Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization (ILO), International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the Basel Convention on Ship Scrapping.
52 - وافق مؤتمر الأطراف، في اجتماعه السابع، بموجب مقرره 7/25، على اختصاصات وترتيبات عمل الفريق العامل المشترك بين منظمة العمل الدولية والمنظمة البحرية الدولية واتفاقية بازل بشأن تخريد السفن.

Reference is made to decision VIII/11 on environmentally sound management of ship dismantling and decision VIII/12 on the Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention on Ship Scrapping.
1 - يشار إلى المقرر 8/11 بشأن الإدارة السليمة بيئياً لتفكيك السفن والمقرر 8/12 المتعلق بالفريق العامل المشترك بين منظمة العمل الدولية والمنظمة البحرية الدولية واتفاقية بازل بشأن تخريد السفن.

By decision VIII/12, the Conference of the Parties requested the Secretariat to report on the outcome of the third session of the Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention on Ship Scrapping.
5 - وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف في المقرر 8/12 إلى الأمانة أن تقدم تقريراً عن نتائج الدورة الثالثة للفريق العامل المشترك بين منظمة العمل الدولية والمنظمة البحرية الدولية واتفاقية بازل بشأن تخريد السفن.

Taking note of the report of the first session of the Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention on Ship Scrapping, held from 15 to 17 February 2005 at the headquarters of the International Maritime Organization,
وإذ يحيط علماً بالتقرير الصادر عن الدورة الأولى للفريق العامل المشترك بين منظمة العمل الدولية والمنظمة البحرية الدولية واتفاقية بازل بشأن تخريد السفن والذي كان قد عقد في الفترة من 15 إلى 17 شباط/فبراير 2005 بمقر المنظمة البحرية الدولية،

Further to these consultations, the IMO secretariat prepared a note on the abandonment of ships, which was presented to the Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention on Ship Scrapping, which met in London from 15 to 17 February 2005.
وتعقيباً على هذه المشاورات، أعدت أمانة المنظمة البحرية الدولية مذكرة عن التخلي عن السفن عرضت على الفريق العامل المشترك التابع لمنظمة العمل الدولية والمنظمة البحرية الدولية واتفاقية بازل بشأن تخريد السفن الذي اجتمع في لندن في الفترة من 15 إلى 17 شباط/فبراير 2005.

10. Requests the Secretariat to report to the Open-ended Working Group and the Conference of the Parties on the outcome of the third session of the Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention on Ship Scrapping.
10 - يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تقدم تقريراً إلى الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية وإلى مؤتمر الأطراف عن نتائج الدورة الثالثة للفريق العامل المشترك بين منظمة العمل الدولية والمنظمة البحرية الدولية واتفاقية بازل بشأن تخريد السفن.

By its decision VII/25 on the Joint Working Group of the International Labour Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the Basel Convention on Ship Scrapping ( " the Joint Working Group " ), the seventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties agreed to the terms of reference and working arrangements of the Joint Working Group.
1 - بموجب مقرره 7/25بشأن الفريق العامل المشترك بين منظمة العمل الدولية والمنظمة البحرية الدولية واتفاقية بازل بشأن تخريد السفن(1) ( " الفريق العامل المشترك " ) وافق الاجتماع السابع لمؤتمر الأطراف على اختصاصات وترتيبات العمل للفريق العامل المشترك.

The Joint Working Group also considered the report of an inter-sessional working group on the comparison of the respective guidelines of ILO, IMO and the Basel Convention on Ship Scrapping and was of the view that the analysis and recommendations given in that document should be taken into account, as appropriate, in the development at IMO of mandatory requirements on the recycling of ships;
