Hence, Turkey was party to the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its Optional Protocols, the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and its Additional Protocols on smuggling of migrants and trafficking in persons, and ILO Conventions Nos. 138 and 182 concerning child labour.

14. The Permanent Forum urges States to consider their obligations in this regard under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and ILO Conventions Nos. 138 and 182.

26. Within the broad spectrum of international migrations there are some official definitions of certain categories of migrants, such as " migrant worker " or " migrant " , which are defined in, respectively, the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and ILO Conventions Nos. 97 and 143.

575. The Committee recommends that the State party, in accordance with article 32 of the Convention, and ILO Conventions No. 138 on the Minimum Age for Admission to Employment and No. 182, which the State party has ratified:

The Committee recommends that the State party, in accordance with article 32 of the Convention and ILO Conventions Nos. 138 concerning the Minimum Age for Admission to Employment and 182 concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour, which the State party has ratified:
255- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف، وفقاً للمادة 32 من الاتفاقية، واتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 بشأن الحد الأدنى لسن الاستخدام، ورقم 182 بشأن أسوإ أشكال عمل الأطفال والإجراءات الفورية للقضاء عليها، التي صدقت عليها الدولة الطرف، بأن تعمل على ما يلي:

(c) Ensure the implementation of legislation fully covering article 32 of the Convention, and ILO Conventions No. 138 and No. 182, including, in particular, identification of hazardous forms of work at the national level;
(ج) ضمان تنفيذ التشريعات التي تغطي تماماً المادة 32 من الاتفاقية واتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 ورقم 182، بما في ذلك، على وجه الخصوص، تحديد أشكال العمل الخطرة على المستوى الوطني؛

615. The Committee recommends that the State party, in accordance with article 32 of the Convention and ILO Conventions No. 138 concerning the Minimum Age for Admission to Employment and No. 182, which the State party has ratified:

(b) Ensure the full implementation of legislation covering article 32 of the Convention, and ILO Conventions No. 138 and No. 182, including the prevention of the worst forms of child labour as listed in accordance with ILO Conventions;
(ب) ضمان تنفيذ تشريع يغطي بالكامل المادة 32 من الاتفاقية واتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 و182، بما في ذلك منع أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال كما ترد في اتفاقيات منظمة العمل الدولية؛

73. With respect to the steps taken by States to ratify the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and ILO Convention Nos. 97 and 143, Mr. di Rosario said that the Philippines was the only responding country to have ratified the former Convention.
٣٧- وفيما يتعلق بالخطوات التي تتخذها الدول من أجل التصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية رقم ٧٩ و٣٤١، قال السيد دو روزاريو إن الفلبين هي البلد الوحيد - بين البلدان المجيبة - الذي صدﱠق على الاتفاقية السابقة.

(a) Take immediate and effective steps to ensure the implementation of article 32 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and ILO Convention Nos. 138 and 182, taking into account ILO Recommendations Nos. 146 and 190;
(أ) اتخاذ خطوات فورية وفعالة لضمان تنفيذ المادة 32 من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل واتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 ورقم 182، مع مراعاة التوصيتين رقم 146 ورقم 190 الصادرتين عن منظمة العمل الدولية؛

Sudan enacted a new child law in 2004 and ratified the two Optional Protocols to the Convention of the Rights of the Child, the Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on Their Destruction, and International Labour Organization Conventions Nos. 138 and 182.
وسنَّ السودان قانونا جديدا بشأن الطفل في عام 2004 وصدق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل، وعلى اتفاقية حظر استعمال وتكديس وإنتاج ونقل الألغام المضادة للأفراد وتدمير تلك الألغام، واتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 و 182.

The national plan for the protection of children protected the rights of children in accordance with international agreements to which the Syrian Arab Republic was a party, which included the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its two Optional Protocols and International Labour Organization Conventions No. 138 and No. 182 on child labour.
