19- وبناء على دعوة من الرئيس، أحاط مؤتمر الأطراف علماً مع الارتياح بأن 186 دولة ومنظمة واحدة من منظمات التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمي قد أصبحت أطرافاً في الاتفاقية ومن ثم فقد أصبحت مؤهلة للمشاركة في عملية اتخاذ القرارات في الدورة.

The Conference was informed that, as at 23 October, 185 States and one regional economic integration organization were Parties to the Convention and therefore eligible to participate in decision-making at the session.
15- وأُبلغ مؤتمر الأطراف بأنه في 23 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر كانت 185 دولة ومنظمة واحدة من منظمات التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمي قد أصبحت أطرافاً في الاتفاقية وبالتالي أصبحت مؤهلة للمشاركة في عملية اتخاذ القرار في الدورة.

a/ Actual Parties include States and one regional economic integration organization that are Parties as at 31 May 2007.
(أ) تشمل الأطراف الفعلية الدول ومنظمة واحدة من منظمات التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمي التي أصبحت أطرافاً اعتباراً من 31 أيار/مايو 2007.
