the Subcommittee recalled the Pachuca Declaration, adopted by the Sixth Space Conference of the Americas, held in Pachuca, Mexico, from 15 to 19 November 2010, which developed a regional space policy for the near future and also, inter alia, created a space experts advisory group.

the Subcommittee recalled the proposal by Saudi Arabia to include on the agenda of the Subcommittee an item entitled " Regulation of the dissemination of Earth observation satellite images through the World Wide Web " , and noted that Saudi Arabia intended to retain that proposal for possible discussion at subsequent sessions of the Subcommittee.
191- واستذكرت اللجنة الفرعية اقتراح المملكة العربية السعودية الداعي إلى إدراج بند في جدول أعمال اللجنة الفرعية بعنوان " تنظيم نشر الصور المُستمدَّة من سواتل رصد الأرض عبر شبكة الإنترنت العالمية " ، ولاحظت أنَّ المملكة العربية السعودية تعتزم الاحتفاظ بذلك الاقتراح توخِّياً لإمكانية مناقشته في دورات لاحقة للجنة الفرعية.

the Subcommittee recalled that, in 2000, it had transmitted to ITU the information regarding the agreement reached at its thirty-ninth session on the question of the character and utilization of the geostationary orbit and that ITU had noted that information in its resolution 80 (Rev. WRC-2000).
74- واستذكرت اللجنة الفرعية أنها أرسلت إلى الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات عام 2000 معلومات تتعلق بالاتفاق الذي تم التوصل إليه خلال دورتها التاسعة والثلاثين حول المسألة المتعلقة بطبيعة المدار الثابت بالنسبة للأرض وكيفية استخدامه وأن الاتحاد أشار إلى هذه المعلومة في قراره 80 (Rev.WRC-2000).

the Subcommittee recalled the importance of implementing the Plan of Action contained in the report of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space on the implementation of the recommendations of the Third United Nations Conference on the Exploration and Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (A/59/174, sect. VI.B) and endorsed by the General Assembly in its resolution 59/2 of 20 October 2004.
64- واستذكرت اللجنة الفرعية أهمية تنفيذ خطة العمل الواردة في تقرير لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية عن تنفيذ توصيات اليونيسبيس الثالث (A/59/174، الباب السادس - باء)، والتي أقرّتها الجمعية العامة في قرارها 59/2 المؤرّخ 20 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2004.

the Subcommittee recalled the agreement of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space at its thirty-ninth session that each item proposed should have a multi-year work plan that would address, among other things, the objectives of the work to be undertaken, any reports to be provided by the Secretariat and Member States and the possible end-product.
واستذكرت اللجنة الفرعية ما اتفقت عليه لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في اﻷغراض السلمية في دورتها التاسعة والثلاثين بأن يكون لكل بند مقترح خطة عمل متعددة السنوات تتناول ، ضمن جملة أمور ، أهداف العمل الذي يراد الاضطلاع به ، وما يتعين على اﻷمانة والدول اﻷعضاء تقديمه من تقارير ، والناتج النهائي المحتمل .)٢١(
