10. Encourages States, on a voluntary basis, to make increasing use of their national reports as another tool for communicating assistance needs and information on the resources and mechanisms available to address such needs, and encourages States in a position to render such assistance to make use of these national reports;

The Committee further recommends that the State party increase its efforts to raise awareness of the seriousness of this offence and the mechanisms available to victims of domestic violence, in particular by directing its awareness campaigns to the most vulnerable groups of women, including those coming from non-European countries and those with a low level of education.
كما توصي اللجنة بأن تضاعف الدولة الطرف جهودها الرامية إلى التوعية لخطورة جريمة العنف المنزلي والآليات المتاحة لضحايا هذا العنف، وبخاصة عن طريق توجيه حملات التوعية لأكثر فئات النساء تعرضاً لهذا العنف، بمن في ذلك النساء القادمات من بلدان غير أوروبية والنساء ذوات التحصيل العلمي المتدني.

It further recommends that the State party intensify its efforts to raise awareness of the gravity of this offence and the mechanisms available to victims of domestic violence, to improve training for police and law enforcement officials and judges in relation to rape cases, and to increase the support services for victims at the local level.
