By its resolution 60/71 of 8 December 2005 on assistance to States for curbing the illicit traffic in small arms and light weapons and collecting them, the Assembly invited the Secretary-General and those States and organizations in a position to do so to provide assistance to States for curbing the illicit traffic in small arms and light weapons and collecting them.
ودعت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 60/71 المؤرخ 8 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005 بشأن تقديم المساعدة إلى الدول من أجل كبح التداول غير المشروع للأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وجمعها، الأمين العام والدول والمنظمات القادرة على تقديم المساعدة للدول بغرض كبح الاتجار غير المشروع بالأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وجمعها إلى القيام بذلك.
