Expressing concern that the occurrence of attacks and threats against United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel is a factor that increasingly affects and restricts the ability of the Organization to provide assistance and protection to civilians in fulfilment of its mandate under the Charter of the United Nations,
وإذ تعرب عن قلقها من أن وقوع الاعتداءات والتهديدات الموجهة ضد موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الموظفين يشكل أحد العوامل التي تؤدي بصورة متزايدة إلى التأثير على قدرة المنظمة على توفير المساعدة والحماية للمدنيين تنفيذاً لولايتها بموجب ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وإلى الحد من هذه القدرة،

وإذ تعرب عن قلقها من أن وقوع الاعتداءات والتهديدات الموجهة ضد موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الموظفين يشكل أحد العوامل التي تؤثر بصورة متزايدة في قدرة المنظمة على توفير المساعدة والحماية للمدنيين تنفيذاً لولايتها بموجب الميثاق وتحد من هذه القدرة،

(c) To provide adequate and prompt information concerning the arrest or detention of United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation;
(ج) توفير معلومات كافية وعاجلة بشأن القبض على موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة لتنفيذ ولاية مسندة إلى عملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة، أو بشأن احتجازهم؛

(e) To allow independent medical teams to investigate the health of detained United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation and to afford them the necessary medical assistance;
(ه) السماح لأفرقة طبية مستقلة بأن تفحص الحالة الصحية للمحتجزين من موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة لتنفيذ ولاية مسندة إلى عملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة، وتقديم المساعدة الطبية الضرورية لهم؛

(i) To promote a climate of respect for the security of United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation;
(ط) تعزيز مناخ يُحتَرم فيه أمن موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة لتنفيذ ولاية مسندة إلى عملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة؛

(f) To ensure the prompt release of United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation who have been arrested or detained in violation of their immunity, in accordance with the relevant conventions and applicable international humanitarian law;
(و) ضمان الإفراج السريع عن موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد الذين يقومون بأنشطة في معرض النهوض بولاية مسندة إلى عملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة، والذين أُلقي القبض عليهم أو احتُجزوا انتهاكاً لحصانتهم، وذلك وفقاً للاتفاقيات ذات الصلة والقانون الإنساني الدولي المنطبق؛

(g) To adopt appropriate domestic legislation and judicial and administrative measures to ensure that the perpetrators of unlawful acts against United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation are held accountable for their actions;
(ز) اعتماد تشريعات محلية مناسبة واتخاذ تدابير قضائية وإدارية لضمان خضوع مرتكبي الأفعال غير القانونية ضد موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد الذين يقومون بأنشطة في معرض النهوض بولاية مسندة إلى عملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة للمساءلة عن أفعالهم؛

(b) Report of the Secretary-General on the situation of United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation, as well as on the implementation of the measures referred to in resolution 2002/81 on the protection of United Nations personnel (para. 7 (f));
(ب) تقرير الأمين العام عن حالة موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة لتنفيذ ولاية مسندة إلى عملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة وكذلك تنفيذ التدابير المشار إليها في القرار 2002/81 بشأن حماية موظفي الأمم المتحدة (الفقرة 7(و))؛

(d) To allow independent medical teams to investigate the health of detained United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation and to afford them the necessary medical assistance;
(د) السماح لأفرقة طبية مستقلة بأن تفحص الحالة الصحية للمحتجزين من موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد العاملين الذين يقومون بأنشطة في معرض النهوض بولاية مسندة إلى عملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة، وتقديم المساعدة الطبية الضرورية لهم؛

(b) To ensure that any threat or act of violence committed against United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation on their territory is fully investigated, and to take all appropriate measures to identify and prosecute the perpetrators of such acts;
(ب) ضمان إجراء تحقيق كامل ودقيق في أي تهديدات أو أعمال عنف ترتكب ضد موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة لتنفيذ ولاية مسندة لعملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة في أراضيها، واتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لتحديد هوية مرتكبي هذه الأعمال وملاحقتهم قضائياً؛

(c) To facilitate, consistent with their national laws and regulations, the use of communications resources necessary to ensure the protection and safety of United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation;
(ج) القيام، بما يتفق مع قوانينها ولوائحها الوطنية، بتسهيل استخدام موارد الاتصال اللازمة لضمان حماية وسلامة موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة لتنفيذ ولاية مسندة إلى عملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة؛

(f) To allow representatives of the competent international organization to attend hearings involving United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation, provided that such attendance is consistent with domestic law;
(و) السماح لممثلي المنظمة الدولية المختصة بحضور جلسات الاستماع المتعلقة بموظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة لتنفيذ ولاية مسندة إلى عملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة، شريطة أن يكون هذا الحضور متفقاً مع القانون المحلي؛

(g) To ensure the prompt release of United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation who have been arrested or detained in violation of their immunity, in accordance with the relevant conventions and applicable international humanitarian law;
(ز) ضمان الإفراج السريع عن موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة لتنفيذ ولاية مسندة إلى عملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة والذين أُلقي القبض عليهم أو احتجزوا على نحو يشكل انتهاكاً لحصانتهم، وذلك وفقاً للاتفاقيات ذات الصلة والقانون الإنساني الدولي المنطبق؛

(h) To adopt and/or enforce appropriate domestic legislation and judicial and administrative measures to ensure that the perpetrators of unlawful acts against United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation are held accountable for their actions;
(ح) اعتماد أو تنفيذ تشريعات محلية مناسبة واتخاذ تدابير قضائية وإدارية لضمان خضوع مرتكبي الأفعال غير المشروعة ضد موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة لتنفيذ ولاية مسندة إلى عملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة للمساءلة عن أفعالهم؛

(j) To cooperate fully with United Nations and associated personnel and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation and to ensure their safe and unhindered access in order to allow them to perform efficiently their task of assisting the affected civilian population;
(ي) التعاون تعاوناً تاماً مع موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وغيرهم من الأفراد الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة لتنفيذ ولاية مسندة إلى عملية من عمليات الأمم المتحدة وضمان سبل وصولهم الآمن ودون أية عراقيل لتمكينهم من أداء مهامهم بكفاءة في مساعدة السكان المدنيين المتأثرين؛
