وإذ يؤكد من جديد إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا، والإعلان المتعلق بالقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة، وإعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجين، وبرنامج عمل المؤتمر الدولي للسكان والتنمية،

The Committee urges the Government to enact the proposed domestic violence law, including marital rape provisions, to strengthen law enforcement and to develop a holistic range of initiatives to respond to violence against women in the light of general recommendation 19 of the Committee and the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence against Women.
تحث اللجنة الحكومة على سن قانون العنف المنزلي المقترح، بما في ذلك الأحكام المتعلقة بالاغتصاب في إطار الزواج، لتعزيز إنفاذ القانون واتخاذ مجموعة شاملة من المبادرات الهادفة إلى معالجة العنف ضد المرأة في ضوء التوصية العامة 19 للجنة والإعلان المتعلق بالقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة.

The Plan also strives to promote and protect the rights and welfare of women in line with the obligations assumed under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence against Women, the Beijing Platform for Action and the Millennium Development Goals.
وتسعى الخطة أيضا إلى تعزيز وحماية حقوق ورفاه المرأة بما يتمشى مع الالتزامات المعتمدة بموجب اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، والإعلان المتعلق بالقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة، ومنهاج عمل بيجين، والأهداف الإنمائية للألفية.

The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence against Women, and the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action all require States to refrain from invoking any custom, tradition, or religious consideration to justify cultural practices that constitute violence against women and violations of women’s reproductive health.
29- وتدعو اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال العنف ضد المرأة واتفاقية حقوق الطفل والإعلان المتعلق بالقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة وإعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجين جميعها الدول إلى عدم التمسك بأي عادة أو عرف أو اعتبار ديني لتبرير الممارسات الثقافية التي تشكل عنفا ضد النساء وانتهاكا لصحتهن الإنجابية.

In the resolution, reference is made, inter alia, to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the concluding comments of the Committee on the combined fourth and fifth periodic report of Hungary adopted at its exceptional session in August 2002 and the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence against Women.
وكان من بين ما أشار إليه البرلمان في القرار اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، والتعليقات الختامية للجنة بشأن تقريري هنغاريا الدوريين الرابع والخامس الموحدين اللذين اعتمدهما البرلمان في دورته الاستثنائية المعقودة في آب/أغسطس 2002 والإعلان المتعلق بالقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة.

Invites the Special Rapporteur, in carrying out this mandate, within the framework of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and all other international human rights instruments, including the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence against Women and the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action:
