The secretariat will assign staff to arrange workshops on understanding the diversity of mitigation actions submitted and the underlying assumptions and will provide the support needed for the implementation of these actions.
وستكلف الأمانة موظفين بتنظيم حلقات العمل المتعلقة بفهم إجراءات التخفيف المتنوعة المعروضة والافتراضات التي تقوم عليها وستقدم الدعم اللازم لتنفيذ هذه الإجراءات.

The Conference of the Parties (COP), by its decision 1/CP.16, paragraph 51, requested the secretariat to organize workshops to understand the diversity of mitigation actions submitted by developing country Parties, underlying assumptions and any support needed for the implementation of these actions, noting different national circumstances and the respective capabilities of these Parties.

1. The Conference of the Parties, by its decision 1/CP.16, paragraph 51, requested the secretariat to organize workshops to understand the diversity of mitigation actions submitted by developing country Parties, underlying assumptions and any support needed for the implementation of these actions, noting different national circumstances and the respective capabilities of these Parties.
1- طلب مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب الفقرة 51 من مقرره 1/م أ-16، إلى الأمانة أن تنظم حلقات عمل لفهم تنوع إجراءات التخفيف التي تبلغ عنها البلدان النامية الأطراف، والافتراضات التي تقوم عليها هذه الإجراءات وأي دعم ضروري لتنفيذها، مشيراً إلى الظروف الوطنية المختلفة وقدرات كل طرف من هذه الأطراف.

Despite this limitation, some workshop participants acknowledged that their countries now have a greater understanding of the scale of the estimates and assumptions behind the needs assessments.

Decides to continue, in 2012, workshops, in a structured manner, to further the understanding of the diversity of mitigation actions as communicated and contained in document FCCC/AWGLCA/2011/INF.1, underlying assumptions and any support needed for the implementation of these actions, noting different national circumstances and the respective capabilities of developing country Parties;

51. Requests the secretariat to organize workshops to understand the diversity of mitigation actions submitted, underlying assumptions and any support needed for the implementation of these actions, noting different national circumstances and the respective capabilities of developing country Parties;

(c) A workshop to further the understanding of the diversity of nationally appropriate mitigation actions by developing country Parties, underlying assumptions and any support needed for implementation of these actions, held on 18 May and chaired by Mr. Gary Theseira (Malaysia);
(ج) حلقة عمل لتعزيز فهم البلدان النامية الأطراف لتنوع إجراءات التخفيف الملائمة وطنياً، والافتراضات التي تقوم عليها هذه الإجراءات وأي دعم ضروري لتنفيذها، عُقدت في 18 أيار/مايو وترأسها السيد غاري تيسيرا (ماليزيا)؛

Stresses the importance of further flexibility with regard to the eligibility criteria for the enhanced Heavily Indebted Poor Countries Initiative, in particular for low-income developing countries emerging from conflicts and/or affected by natural disasters, and the need to keep the computational procedures and assumptions underlying debt sustainability analysis under review;
