To that end, the State party should pay particular attention to the implementation of all the provisions of the Optional Protocol, taking into account the Declaration and Agenda for Action and the Global Commitment adopted at the First, Second and Third World Congresses against the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children, held in Stockholm in 1996, in Yokohama, Japan, in 2001 and in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2008.

Furthermore, the Committee recommends that the State party ensure the effective implementation of all provisions of the Optional Protocol taking into account the Declaration and Agenda for Action and the Global Commitment adopted at the First, Second and Third World Congresses against Sexual Exploitation of Children held in Stockholm, Yokohama and Rio de Janeiro in 1996, 2001 and 2008 respectively.

(ج) تنفيذ السياسات والبرامج الملائمة لمنع وقوع الأطفال ضحايا للاستغلال ولشفائهم وإعادة إدماجهم طبقًا للإعلان وخطة العمل والالتزام العالمي المعتمدة إبان المؤتمرين العالميين لمناهضة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال لأغراض تجارية المعقودين في عامي 1996 و2001.

(d) Develop and implement an integrated strategy to fight sexual exploitation of children in accordance with the Declaration and Agenda for Action and the Global Commitment adopted at the 1996 and 2001 World Congresses against Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.
(د) وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية متكاملة لمكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال طبقًا للإعلان وخطة العمل والالتزام العالمي المعتمدة في المؤتمرين العالميين لمناهضة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال لأغراض تجارية المعقودين في عامي 1996 و2001.

In light of article 34 and other related articles of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party further strengthen the implementation of policies and programmes for the prevention, recovery and reintegration of child victims in accordance with the Declaration and Agenda for Action and the Global Commitment adopted at the 1996 and 2001 World Congress against Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.
727- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف، على ضوء ما ورد في المادة 34 والمواد الأخرى ذات الصلة في الاتفاقية، بأن تواصل تعزيز تنفيذ السياسات والبرامج الرامية إلى وقاية الأطفال الضحايا ومساعدتهم على الشفاء وإعادة إدماجهم وفقاً لما ورد في نصوص الإعلان وجدول العمل والالتزام العالمي المعتمدة في المؤتمرين العالميين المعقودين في عامي 1996 و2001 لمكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال لأغراض تجارية.

(c) Continue to implement appropriate policies and programmes for prevention, recovery and social reintegration of child victims, in accordance with the Declaration and Agenda for Action and the Global Commitment, adopted at the World Congresses against Sexual Exploitation of Children held at Stockholm (1996), Yokohama (2001) and Rio de Janeiro (2008), as well as the outcome of other international conferences on this issue;
(ج) مواصلة تنفيذ سياسات وبرامج ملائمة لحماية الأطفال الضحايا من الاستغلال الجنسي ولتعافيهم وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع وفقاً للإعلان وبرنامج العمل والالتزام العالمي المعتمدة في المؤتمرات العالمية لمكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال المعقودة في ستوكهولم (1996) ويوكوهاما (2001) وريو دي جانيرو (2008) فضلاً عن حصيلة المؤتمرات الدولية المتعلقة بهذه المسألة؛
